Go to My → Contact Us
Open the My tab in the bottom bar, then tap Contact Us to open the Ask screen.
Enter your email address
Use the same email you used for the closed-beta application so we can match your account.
Write your feedback
In “Please write your questions”, describe the issue or suggestion. For bug reports, include:
device & OS, app version
clear steps to reproduce
what you expected vs. what happened
any relevant IDs (e.g., transaction hash)
Attach files (optional)
Tap Add file or photo to upload screenshots, screen recordings, or documents.
Submit
Tap Upload. You’ll see a confirmation once your report is sent.
